Shipping

Shipping costs for packages within the Netherlands are €2.95. For orders over €80,00 we do not charge shipping costs in the Netherlands. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands differ per country. We are always looking for the best prices for shipping abroad. The exact prices are shown at the end of the ordering process. 

Damage

In case anything happened with your package during the shipment and the product is broken or damaged, send us a photo to paraplucreation@gmail.com and we will solve it ASAP.

Returns

In case you are not happy with your purchase, products can be returned within 15 days to:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After we have received the returns and checked the items, we refund the money to your bank account in 5 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
